A thorough comprehensive eye exam will
determine the best lens, vision and fit for you!

Soft Contact Lenses
Soft contact lenses are made of soft, flexible plastics that allow oxygen to pass through to the cornea. They may be easier to adjust to and more comfortable than rigid gas-permeable lenses. Newer soft lens materials include silicone hydrogels, which provide more oxygen to the eye while you wear them.
Disposable Contact Lenses
Most of our soft contact lens wearers are prescribed some daily disposable replacement schedule. "Disposable," as defined by the FDA, means used once and discarded. With a proper daily wear disposable schedule, a brand-new pair of lenses is used daily. We prefer this disposable method for our patients, as it is safer for children to dispose of their lenses daily. Lenses thrown out more often are less likely to build bacteria and cause infections. Also, dry eye is significantly reduced with these lenses, given that a fresh lens is used daily.
Specialty Contact Lenses
Astigmatism. Toric contact lenses are designed to correct the vision issues arising from a different cornea curvature. This is possible because a Toric contact lens is shaped like a ring doughnut rather than a standard spherical lens. This creates different vertical and horizontal refractive powers that increase or decrease gradually as you move around the lens.

Multifocal. Multifocal contact lenses have been designed to correct the visual issue of presbyopia (Near and Farsighted). They blend two or more prescriptions to allow your eyes the ability to focus on objects at all distances, giving you the freedom from wearing multifocal eyeglasses.
Myopic Management Contacts
Myopic management is a treatment program that aims to slow the progression of nearsightedness in children and adults. The goal is to reduce the risk of developing serious eye diseases and limit the nearsightedness correction needed as a person ages. Our office offers a soft daily disposable contact, MI sight dailies.

The FIRST and only FDA-approved product proven to slow myopia progression in children aged 8-12 at the initiation of treatment.
